fa تولید متابولیت‌های ثانویه از طریق مهندسی ژنتیک و کشت بافت production of secondary metabolites through genetic engineering and plant tissue culture تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">واکنشهای شیمیایی که در گیاهان روی میدهد، به ‌عنوان متابولیسم شناخته‌ می‌شوند. متابولیتهای اولیه شامل ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی مهم یعنی کربوهیدراتها، پروتئینها و چربیها می‌باشند. سایر ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی که جزء این سه گروه نباشد، به ‌عنوان متابولیتهایثانویه شناخته میشوند که دامنه وسیعی از مواد مانند ترکیبات دارویی، چاشنی‌های غذایی، حشره‌کشها و رنگهای طبیعی را شامل میشوند. کشت بافت گیاهی یکی از مهم‌ترین تکنیکهای تولید صنعتی متابولیتهای ثانویه است. زیرا پتانسیل تولید این مواد در شرایط طبیعی بسیار محدود میباشد. تکنیک‌های مورد استفاده در این زمینه عمدتا عبارت‌اند از: کشت سلول، کشت اندام و کشت ریشههای مویین. با این حال، استفاده از کشت‌های سلولی گیاهی برای تولید ترکیبات مهم دارویی با کاربرد صنعتی، فقط زمانی ممکن است که محصول به میزان بسیار زیادی تولید شود و یا اینکه بیشتر از یک محصول از کشت‌های مورد نظر حاصل شود. این امر با روش‌های مرسوم انتخاب لاین سلولی و سایر پارامترهای مرتبط با افزایش رشد یا تولید امکان‌پذیر نیست. بنابراین باید مسیرهای متابولیک و مراحل تنظیم‌کننده آن‌ها بررسی شوند تا بتوان ژن‌های تنظیم‌کننده مربوط به مراحل محدود کننده تولید را overexpress کرد. به طور کلی میتوان گفت که استفاده از این تکنیکها در تولید برخی ترکیبات دارویی طبیعی میتواند سود اقتصادی بالایی را به همراه داشته باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Chemical reactions that occur in plants known as metabolism and metabolites of important biochemical compounds, including carbohydrates, proteins and fats are. Other biochemical compounds that these three groups are known as secondary metabolites in a wide range of materials such as medicinal compounds, spices, pesticides and natural colors are included. One of the most important techniques of plant tissue culture in line with the industrial production of secondary metabolites because the production potential of these substances in normal conditions is very limited. The technique used in this area mainly include: cell culture, organ culture and hairy root cultures. Plant tissue culture is one of the most important techniques in line with the industrial production of secondary metabolites, but the use of cell culture plant for the production of compounds important drug for industrial use only becomes possible when the product greatly be produced, or more than one product from culture to be achieved. This selection of cell lines with conventional methods and other parameters related to growth or production is not possible. Therefore, we should be able to evaluate the metabolic pathways and the genes they regulate the process limiting production to overexpress (high expression) said.
