fa ایمنی، امنیت و پایداری غذایی در عصر همه‌گیری کرونا (کووید-19) تخصصي Special <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">از آنجایی‌که عفونت ویروس جدید کرونا (کووید-19) گسترش یافته و بر اساس اعلام سازمان بهداشت جهانی (</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">WHO</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">) به‌صورت همه‌گیر درآمده، جوامع انسانی را با ارقام و آمارها درگیر کرده است. چند مورد جدید؟ چند کشور؟ آیا منحنی ابتلا در حال رشد است؟ میزان مرگ و میر چقدر است؟ در حالی‌که هنوز گستردگی ابعاد این بیماری نامشخص است، تأثیر اقتصادی شیوع ویروس نیز نگرانی بزرگی ایجاد می‌کند. تأثیر ویروس بر زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی نیز قابل توجه است. آیا ما در معرض کمبود مواد غذایی یا جهش قیمت خواهیم بود؟ چگونه می‌توان این تأثیرات را به حداقل رساند؟ آیا اجتناب از انحصارگرایی، نظارت بر قیمت‌ها و حمایت از قشر آسیب‌پذیر از طریق شبکه‌های تأمین اجتماعی می‌تواند تأثیر شیوع این ویروس را محدود کند؟ نقش ایمنی غذایی بر جلوگیری از انتشار ویروس و اثرات آن بر امنیت غذایی چیست؟ آیا افزایش آگاهی در مورد ایمنی مواد غذایی و تبعیت از مقررات بهداشتی، از جمله حقوق، نقش‌ها و مسئولیت‌های کارگران، اطمینان از عدم انتقال ویروس توسط افراد در امتداد زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی می‌تواند در پایان دادن به این بیماری و تاثیرات عمیق آن بر امنیت غذایی موثر باشد؟</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">As the new coronavirus infection (Covid-19) spreads and has become epidemic, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), it has involved us with figures and statistics. How many new items? How many countries? Is the infection curve growing? What is the mortality rate? While the extent of the disease is still unclear, the economic impact of the virus outbreak is of great concern. The effect of the virus on the food supply chain is also significant. Will we be exposed to food shortages or price jumps? How can these effects be minimized? Can the avoidance of monopolies, price monitoring, and the protection of the vulnerable through social security networks limit the spread of the virus? What is the role of food safety in preventing the spread of the virus and its effects on food security?
