fa تغییرات اقلیمی و ایمنی زیستی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تعیین تاثیرات بالقوه تغییرات قابل پیش&shy; بینی اقلیم، بر ایمنی غذا و کنترل آن&shy;ها در تمام مراحل زنجیره غذایی، از اهمیت ویژه&shy;ای برخوردار است. هدف، افزایش آگاهی در این زمینه و تسهیل همکاری&shy;های بین&shy; المللی برای فهم شرایط تغییر ایمنی غذا و ارائه راهکارهایی برای آن می&shy;باشد. عوامل بیماری&shy;زای ناشی از غذا، شامل بیماری&shy;های مشترک بین انسان و حیوان، آلودگی مایکوتوکسین و سموم بیولوژی در فرآورده &shy;های شیلات و آلودگی&shy;های محیط زیستی در این زمینه با اهمیت می&shy;باشند. در این مقاله همچنین به نیاز به توجه کافی به ایمنی غذا در هنگام عمل آوری، اهمیت بیشتری داده شده است تا بتوان شرایط اضطراری ناشی از حوادث اقلیمی شدید را به طور موثری مدیریت کرد. عدم قطعیت زیادی در خصوص مفاهیم احتمالی ایمنی غذا در تغییرات اقلیمی وجود دارد. این مقاله، برخی تاثیرات قابل انتظاری را که توسط یافته &shy;های علمی تایید می&shy;شوند، مورد بررسی قرار می&shy;دهد. </span></span> Identifying potential impacts of anticipated changes in climate on food safety and their control at all stages of the food chain is a very important issue. The purpose is to raise awareness of the issue and to facilitate international cooperation in better understanding the changing food safety situation and in developing and implementing strategies to address them. Agents of food-borne disease include: zoonotic diseases, mycotoxin contamination, biotoxins in fishery products and environmental contaminants are important. The paper also highlights the need for adequate attention to food safety in ensuring preparedness for effective management of emergency situations arising from extreme weather events. There is much uncertainty about possible food safety implications of climate change.
