N2 - Globalization and lifestyle changes have greatly affected people's eating habits, and many people have been forced to eat high-calorie foods, including snacks. Today, fast food and other foods reduce body resistance, including diseases such as high blood pressure, obesity, atherosclerosis and infertility. It also causes mental problems such as depression, lack of will, and desire for sleep. Despite the disadvantages, these materials have advantages such as saving time and creating job opportunities. Prevention and treatment of human mental-physiological illnesses will be possible if they are fed properly. Considering the importance and extent of this issue in today's societies, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the types of fast- foods and diseases caused by their consumption by consumers. In this review study, using fast food, nutrition and disease keywords, studies have been gathered base on the latest scientific findings and references. In the end, related content was fetched. The end result is that, in addition to nutritional aspects, it is necessary to provide the quality of fast food, their impact on consumer health, and preventive measures to raise awareness and change the way nutrition is provided.
