fa بیوسیمیلارها: فرصتی برای شکست قیمت داروها عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در سال</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های اخیر، استفاده از داروهای زیستی نسبت به داروهای شیمیایی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند اما این داروها، هزینه‌ی بالایی برای بیماران خواهند داشت. از طرفی بسیاری از آن‌ها در حال نزدیک شدن به زمان انقضای پتنت خود هستند. این امر فرصت سرمایه&shy; گذاری در بازار بیوسیمیلارها را فراهم کرده است که می‌توانند با هزینه‌ی کمتری جایگزینی برای داروهای زیستی مرجع باشند. البته تولید و ورود به بازار بیوسیمیلارها هم مشکلات خاص خود را دارد و نیاز به تایید از نظر خلوص، ایمنی و اثربخشی تحت چارچوب تعریف شده توسط سازمان‌هایی نظیر سازمان غذا و دارو آمریکا </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(FDA)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> دارد. در این مقاله بازار بیوسیمیلارها را با توجه به آمارهای در دسترس از اروپا و آمریکا بررسی می</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کنیم و همچنین به تولید این محصولات در ایران اشاره داریم.</span></span> In recent years, in comparison with chemical drugs, the use of biologic drugs has absorbed more attention, but they are expensive for patients. Besides, many of them are approaching their patent&#39;s time of expiration, and this matter has provided the opportunity of investing in biosimilars market which leads to taking place of reference drugs with lower costs.
