fa سایتوکاین‌های پیش‌التهابی و روش‌های مهار آن‌ها تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سایتوکاین‌ها ترکیباتی پروتئینی یا گلیکوپروتئینی هستند که در ایجاد التهاب و تنظیم آن نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کنند. دو گروه از این ترکیبات، سایتوکاین‌های پیش‌التهابی و سایتوکاین‌های ضدالتهابی هستند که وجود یک تعادل دینامیک بین این دو گروه، برای حفظ حالت پایدار بدن بسیار مهم است. در بیماری شناسی بیماری‌های خودالتهابی دیده ‌شده که تعادل بین این ترکیبات به‌هم خورده و تعادل به سمت سایتوکاین‌های پیش‌التهابی جابه‌جا می‌شود. به‌همین دلیل امروزه سعی می‌شود تا با استفاده از ترکیبات و سایتوکاین‌های ضدالتهابی، به روش موثری برای مهار التهاب و درمان این بیماری‌ها دست پیدا کنند. در این مطالعه&shy;ی مروری سعی شده است تا به‌طور خلاصه به سایتوکاین‌ها و روش‌های مهار آن‌ها پرداخته‌شود. در این مطالعه به وجود پنج روش کلی برای مهار سایتوکاین‌های پیش‌التهابی و استفاده از آن‌ها در درمان بعضی از بیماری‌ها اشاره شده است. بنابراین تصور می‌شود که استفاده از این روش‌ها می‌تواند راه&shy;های جدیدی را در درمان بیماری‌های خودالتهابی برای ما ایجاد کند.</span></span> Cytokines are protein or glycoprotein components that play an important role in inflammation and its regulation. Pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines are two groups of these components in which a dynamic equilibrium is essential to keep the body homeostasis. In the autoinflammatory disease pathology, it has been revealed that the balance between these components is disrupted and shifted to the pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therefore, using anti-inflammatory cytokines is one of the best method for inhibition of the inflammation and treatment for these diseases. In this review, study cytokines and methods of their inhibition were mentioned. This study showed that there are five general methods for the inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which are used in the treatment of some diseases.
