fa نوارهای تشخیص ایمونواسی: وضعیت حال حاضر، روند و چشم‌انداز آینده در تشخیص بیماری‌ها تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">نوارهای تشخیص ایمونواسی (<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">LFIA: Lateral flow immunoassay</span></span>)، آزمون‌هایی هستند که برای تشخیص وجود یا عدم وجود آنالیت هدف در یک نمونه استفاده می‌شوند. این نوع نوارها، یک ابزار تشخیصی همه کاره و مقرون به صرفه‌اند که کاربردهای بالقوۀ زیادی در تشخیص بیماری‌ها، مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، ایمنی مواد غذایی، نظارت بر محیط زیست و سایر زمینه‌ها دارند. برای طراحی و استفاده از این نوارهای تشخیص سریع، باید در مورد اجزای تشکیل‌دهنده، توسعه و بهینه‌سازی آنها و همچنین اصول و مکانیسم‌های اساسی واکنش‌های مختلف، اطلاعات کافی، کسب شود. در این مقاله، ماهیت و استفاده وسیع نوارهای تشخیص سریع مبتنی بر ایمونواسی از لحاظ تئوری و کاربردهای عملی آن مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد. علاوه‌بر این اجزای تشکیل‌دهن<span style="color:black">دۀ</span> نوار تشخیص و مزیت‌های استفاده از آن بررسی شده و استراتژی‌های مختلف برای بهبود عملکرد <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">LFIA </span></span>و همچنین چشم‌انداز توسعه و استفاده از آنها به کمک گسترش اینترنت اشیاء، آنالیز داده‌های کلان و هوش مصنوعی، مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) is a rapid test strip used to detect the presence or absence of a target analyte in a sample. These strips are versatile and cost-effective diagnostic tools with many potential applications in disease diagnosis, healthcare, food safety, environmental monitoring, and other areas. To design these rapid detection strips, it is necessary to acquire sufficient information about their components, development and optimization, as well as the basic principles of their assay&#39;s mechanism. In this article, the essence and extensive use of immunoassay-based rapid strip test in terms of theory and practical applications will be discussed.
