fa چالش‌های ایمنی زیستی فناوری ژن‌گستر تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">یکی از فناوری‌های نوظهوری که کاربردهای بسیاری در علوم کشاورزی، صنعت و علوم پزشکی و بهداشتی دارد، فناوری ژن‌گستر (</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">gene drive</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">) است. این فناوری نیز مانند هر فناوری دیگری دارای ملاحظات مهم ایمنی زیستی مرتبط با سلامت انسان، دام و محیط زیست است که در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. از مهم‌ترین ملاحظات این فناوری تغییر الگوی توارث مندلی در نسل‌های بعدی و غلبه یک آلل به‌خصوص در جمعیت مربوط است. علاوه‌بر این، مناسب بودن قوانین و مقررات ملی و بین‌المللی مربوط به موجودات تغییریافته ژنتیکی برای موجودات ژن‌گسترده، و روش‌های ارزیابی مخاطرات احتمالی آنها یعنی شناسایی مخاطرات احتمالی مرتبط با موجودات ژن‌گسترده و محصورسازی این موجودات در هنگام انجام آزمایش‌های میدانی نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در ادامه، ارزیابی مخاطرات احتمالی مرتبط با رهاسازی موجودات ژن‌گسترده مورد بحث واقع شده و جنبه‌هایی مثل مخاطرات احتمالی مربوط به کنترل عوامل بیمارگر، مخاطرات احتمالی مربوط به کنترل گونه‌های تهاجمی، مخاطرات احتمالی مربوط به کنترل آفات کشاورزی و در نهایت، ابعاد اقتصادی و اجتماعی فناوری ژن‌گستر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Gene drive technology is one of the modern technologies that have many potential uses in the agriculture, industries and medical sciences. Like other technologies, this technology has some biosafety issues related to human and animal health and the environment. These issues were discussed in this article. The most important issue is related to changing in Mendelian inheritance template in filial generations and distribution of a specific allele in a local population. Moreover, adequacy of the national and international laws and regulations related to GMOs for gene-drived organisms, and also the risk assessment methods for gene-drived organisms including identification of possible risks of the gene-drive technology and containment of the gene-drived organisms during field experiment were discussed.
