fa مروری بر باکتری‌های بیماری‌زای حشرات در کنترل آفات گیاهی‌ تخصصي Special مروری Review <h6 dir="RTL" style="text-indent:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:24pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">با توجه به اهمیت ایمنی غذایی و رشد روز افزون جمعیت، افزایش تولید محصولات کشاورزی ضروری است، اما عوامل بیماری‌زای گیاهی و آفات مانع دستیابی به این هدف هستند. از طرفی با توجه به کاربرد بی‌رویه سموم شیمیایی و مشکلات باقی مانده آن‌ها که سلامت محصول را کاهش داده و ارزش صادرات آن را از بین می‌برد، دانشمندان به دنبال یافتن جایگزین‌های مناسب هستند. استفاده از ترکیبات زیستی نظیر باکتری‌های بیماری‌زای حشرات می‌توانند به‌عنوان عامل کنترل زیستی با پتانسیل بالا، در این زمینه استفاده شوند. بیشتر محصولات مربوط به باکتری‌های بیماری‌زای حشرات، بر پایه باکتری‌های </span></span><i>Bacillus thuringiensis</i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><i>Saccharopolyspora spinosa</i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><i>Bacillus</i> <i>megaterium</i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><i>Bacillus popillia</i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">، <i>‌‌</i></span></span><i>Streptomyces</i> <i>avermitilis</i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">، <i>‌</i></span></span><i>Photorhabdus</i> spp.<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><i>Xenorhabdus</i> spp.<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"> هستند. آفت‌کش‌های زیستی و یا متابولیت‌های تجاری‌سازی شده آن‌ها می‌توانند در مدیریت تلفیقی اغلب آفات مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. این ترکیبات برای سلامت انسان، محیط زیست و دشمنان طبیعی بسیار کم ضرر هستند. در این بررسی، مرور کلی بر نقش زیستی باکتری‌های مهم بیماری‌زای حشرات و نحوه تاثیر آن‌ها روی چند گونه آفت مهم مورد بحث قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h6> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Consider to importance of food safety and the growing population, it is essential to increase agricultural production. However, plant pathogens and pests are hindering the achievement of this goal. On the other hand, due to the excessive use of chemical pesticides and their residual problems that reduce the health of the product and destroy its export value, researcher is looking for suitable alternatives. The use of biological compounds such as entomopathogenic bacteria can be used as a high-potential biological control agent in this field. Most entomopathogenic bacteria products are based on <i>Bacillus thuringiensis</i>, <i>Saccharopolyspora spinosa</i>, <i>Bacillus megaterium</i>, <i>Bacillus popillia</i>, <i>Streptomyces avermitilis</i>, <i>Photorhabdus</i> spp. and <i>Xenorhabdus</i> spp. Biological pesticides or their commercialized metabolites can be used in integrated management of most pests. These compounds are very harmless to human health, the environment and natural enemies.
