fa نقش گرده در ایمنی زیستی کنه های شکارگر آفات Role of Pollen in the Biosafety of Pest-Predatory Mites تخصصي Special مروری Review <h6 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:8px">ایمنی زیستی در مدیریت آفات کشاورزی مستلزم به‌کارگیری رویکردهای نوین و خلاقانه‌ای است که ضمن کاهش آسیب‌های زیست‌محیطی، از بروز و گسترش مقاومت در آفات نیز جلوگیری کند. استفاده از کنه‌های شکارگر به عنوان دشمنان طبیعی آفات، یکی از رویکردهای مؤثر در این زمینه است. این مقاله به مرور اهمیت گرده گیاهان مختلف در پرورش انبوه کنه‌های شکارگر خانواده Phytoseiidae و ارتقاء اثربخشی آن‌ها در کنترل زیستی آفات مهمی نظیر کنه تارتن دولکه‌ای، تریپس‌ها و سفید بالک‌ها می‌پردازد. پرورش انبوه این کنه‌ها راهی مناسب برای کاهش استفاده از آفت‌کش‌های شیمیایی و تولید محصولات سالم است. برای افزایش جمعیت آن‌ها، شناسایی جیره‌های غذایی جایگزین بسیار حائز اهمیت است. تغذیه کنه‌های شکارگر از منابع غذایی جایگزین مانند گرده‌ گیاه، نقش کلیدی در حفظ و پایداری جمعیت آن‌ها دارد. همچنین گرده‌ها به عنوان یک منبع غذایی جایگزین می‌توانند کارایی شکارگر‌ها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند و در حفظ جمعیت کنه‌های شکارگرها در غیاب آفات تاثیرگذار باشند. با این حال ارزش غذایی گرده بسته به گونه‌های گیاهی متفاوت است. نتایج محققین مختلف نشان می‌دهد که تغذیه از گرده می‌تواند نرخ بقاء، رشد و تولیدمثل کنه‌های شکارگر خانواده Phytoseiidae را به‌طور قابل توجهی افزایش داده و اثربخشی کنترل زیستی را بهبود بخشد.</h6> Biosecurity in agricultural pest management requires the use of innovative and creative approaches that, while reducing environmental damage, also prevent the emergence and spread of resistance in pests. The use of predatory mites as natural enemies of pests is one of the effective approaches in this field. This article reviews the importance of pollen from various plants in the mass rearing of predatory mites of the Phytoseiidae family and improving their effectiveness in biological control of important pests such as two-spotted spider mites, thrips, and whiteflies. Mass rearing of these predatory mites is a suitable way to reduce the use of chemical pesticides and produce healthy crops. To increase the population of these predatory mites, it is very important to identify their alternative food diets. Feeding predatory mites on alternative food sources such as different plant pollens plays a key role in maintaining and sustaining their populations. Also, pollen as an alternative food source can affect the efficiency of predators and some of them are effective in maintaining the population of predatory mites in the absence of pests. However, the nutritional value of pollen varies depending on the plant species.
