fa اهمیت مخمرهای تک سلولی در آبزی پروری تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مخمرها سلول&shy;های یوکاریوتی هستند که از نظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و بهداشتی حائز اهمیت بوده و از نظر صنعتی و بیوتکنولوژیک درتولید آنزیم</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها، واکسن</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها و بعضی از داروهای نوترکیب کاربرد دارند. این تک&shy; سلولی&shy; ها در صنایع غذایی و بیوتکنولوژی نیز کاربرد داشته و عموما از محیط&shy;های طبیعی و یا فلور گیاهان و جانوران تهیه، و پس از شناسایی، بصورت انبوه کشت داده می&shy;شوند. امتیازات ویژه مخمرها ازجمله تولید آسان، سریع و مقاومت بالا به طیف وسیعی از مواد مختلف، موجب شده است که کاربرد فراوانی در آبزی&shy; پروری داشته باشند. بی&shy; شک تامین منابع غذایی مناسب و ارزان قیمت، یکی از جنبه&shy; های مهم در پرورش آبزیان به شمار می&shy;رود. در این میان دستکاری مولکولی و غنی نمودن مخمرها، می&shy;تواند آن&shy;ها را به میکروارگانیسم&shy;هایی با ارزش بالای بیوتکنولوژیک، جهت بهبود کیفیت رشد و بقاء آبزیان تبدیل کند. مخمرها همچنین بعنوان مکمل غذایی در تمامی موجودات تحت مطالعات آزمایشگاهی و پرورشی و حتی انسان توصیه شده &shy;اند. به &shy;عنوان مثال مخمر </span></span>&nbsp;<em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Saccharomyces cerevisiae</span></span></span></em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از مخمرهای مفیدی است که به فراوانی در صنعت نان بکار می&shy;رود.</span></span> Yeasts are eukaryotic cells that are not only important in terms of economic, social and health matters but also have application in biotechnology, industry and production of enzymes, vaccines, food and some recombinant medicines. These single-cells are isolated from natural environment or as micro flora and fauna which is cultured lately in mass. Yeasts special privileges include: fast and high resistance to a wide range of different materials which has caused many applications in aquatic husbandry. Undoubtedly, high value of food and affordable financing in fish farming is considered.
